Gus began his show career at the age of 14 months.
At only his third show he took the ultimate BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW award! He was selectively campaigned
throughout his career and has taken numerous BEST IN GROUP and CLASS IN SHOW awards at major
Metropolitan Championship Shows. Now an Australian Grand Champion, Gus is also a multi BEST IN SHOW winner
at Championship Shows, and has had much success under both Local & International judges alike.
Gus was Reserve Dog on two occassions at the Melbourne Royal Show, beaten only by his kennel mate, Bailey.
Gus is a proven sire, has an AVA Hip Score of 0/3, normal elbows and is certified free from Haemophilia.
Gus has a wonderful outgoing personality, and is an absolute joy to own. He finished his show career with First Place in the
Grand Champion Sweepstakes in 2005. He is now enjoying his well earned retirement in our home.
